eCommerce Operator

Who are we? The Group Services Ltd. is a dynamic company within the Group that provides high-quality services to Group entities worldwide in the logistics, customer service, quality management, and pre-asset management sectors, and is part of the largest watch producer in the world, which brings together 16 brands: Breguet, Harry Winston, Blancpain, Glashütte Original, Jaquet Droz, Omega, Longines, Rado, Union Glashütte, Tissot, Balmain, Certina, Mido, Hamilton and Flik. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Operator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring the smooth running of our online store, and providing excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce, with experience in managing online stores, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries. He/She should also be familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, and have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The job requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
