SYNTHESIS PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Orienta spa - Società Benefit, Ivrea branch, is seeking a SYNTHESIS PRODUCTION OPERATOR for an important client company. The resource will be inserted within the synthesis production area under the direct supervision of the shift manager. Responsibilities: - Conduct production lines independently. - Meet production targets for the shift. - Apply safety, health, and environmental regulations in the production department, preventing significant accidents. - Respect good manufacturing practices (GMP). - Verify daily cleaning activities in production areas. - Ensure that produced data is compliant. - Know the waste management system and its environmental impact. - Conduct equipment assigned to him/her based on pre-established work methods. - Monitor production processes, machine parameters, and plant functioning, ensuring setup and regulation, and reporting any anomalies. - Verify instrument, tool, or machinery settings and operation. - Monitor product status during processing and identity. - Compile all documentation related to production lots and plants (batch card, log book, etc.) according to regulations and procedures in force. - Compile the work sheet reporting results obtained during process controls according to received instructions. - Perform internal process control (IPC) within the department, using and managing laboratory IPC equipment: HPLC, GC, KF... - Manage waste disposal to relevant departments. - Report near-accidents and situations that may require actions or non-safe situations. Requirements: - Know and respect Quality Management Systems through an in-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity regulations, applying them in all work activities performed. - Knowledge and respect for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. - Diploma in chemical technician or equivalent education, alternatively experience in the sector of at least 2 years.
