Client Company, headquartered in Modena and approximately 300 employees, operating for over eighty years in research, production, and commercialization of chemical products, has entrusted us with the task of identifying people interested in taking on the role of CHEMICAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR to be hired with a fixed-term contract SEDE DI LAVORO: NONANTOLA The role of CHEMICAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR involves activities such as: - Conducting and managing production line (provisions, processes, and operating parameters) - Monitoring the state of the product during the production cycle, verifying its conformity according to GMP - Compiling technical documentation and work sheet For this role, it is necessary: - High school diploma or Master's degree in Chemical/Biological Sciences - Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday with a daily schedule (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and on two shifts (Monday to Sunday, with compensatory rest, from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, from 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm) - Being autonomous in reaching the workplace The contractual classification provides: ● Qualification of OPERAIO ● LIVELLO E4 CCNL CHIMICA INDUSTRIA ● Gross monthly salary € 1,988.17 - 14 months - PRODUCTION BONUS - Turn-based bonuses The remuneration package also includes access to the company canteen and a welfare plan (financed by Ebitemp - National Bilateral Entity for Temporary Work) regarding, for example, health protection, contribution to childcare, personal loans, and support for: school expenses, extra-urban transportation, and territorial mobility.
