Etjca spa, Filiale di Roma Galati, a leading company in the betting and gaming sector, is looking for a resource to be inserted as: Bookmaker Center Operator on Firenze Description and Characteristics of the Position: The selected resource will be responsible for supporting and promoting the activity of affiliated betting points, contributing to the achievement of performance targets through training, monitoring, and promotion. Role and Responsibilities: - Promotion of account opening, supporting the customer in the activation procedure and subsequent management of the account. - Management of gaming machines, ensuring continuous assistance and support to customers. - Provision of support to customers regarding new products, promotions, events, and various game modes available. Reporting hierarchy: Manager Functional relationships: Internal: Store Team External: Customers Requirements requested: - Previous experience in commercial, sales, or promotional activities. - Good knowledge of computer tools and familiarity with digital technologies. - Excellent organizational, communicative, and relational skills. - Strong commercial attitude and strong orientation towards achieving results. - Propensity for innovation and continuous search for improved solutions. - Self-motivated. Working hours: Full-time 40h on shifts, from Monday to Saturday, definition of working hours to be agreed upon based on needs. Employment contract type: Initial fixed-term contract of 6 months with possibility of extension Compensation package at budget: V level of the CCNL Commerce - Incentive based on results achieved; - Meal vouchers worth €8; - Company welfare.
