Can you be Operator of Laser CNC Machining in Katowice, which we are looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and utilize your technical knowledge in a new field. You will work with qualified and team-oriented colleagues. You will play a key role in shaping the future of rail mobility, ensuring the highest production standards.

Tasks ahead of you:

• perform tasks necessary for production in dedicated systems

• monitor quality using self-assessment procedure,

• maintain a safe and organized work environment

• ensure adherence to production schedules,

• continuously improve assembly processes,

• report production problems and support in resolving them

Who are we looking for?

We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to have all the skills. Instead, we have listed a few that we believe will help you succeed and develop on this position:

• experience in assembling components in an industrial environment,

• experience in using various assembly tools (e.g. dynamometer key),

• knowledge of BHP standards and regulations,

• good communication and interpersonal skills,

• knowledge of Polish language in speech and writing,

• commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
