Operator with GMP Experience

Hintergrund: The Production Expert has the task of operating production facilities in accordance with GMP regulations, as well as order and batch changes. In this context, the Production Expert is responsible for the GMP-compliant processing of production orders. This includes coordinating all activities on production lines, complete and accurate documentation and balancing of production orders, and monitoring compliance with all relevant regulations. If deviations from applicable regulations are found, they must be corrected immediately and reported to the Process Unit Lead and/or Compliance Team. The perfect candidate: The perfect candidate has first-hand experience in sterilization production or packaging in the pharmaceutical industry and holds a completed technical education. Additionally, the candidate possesses very good German language skills and GMP knowledge. The candidate is a team player and has a technical and IT understanding. General information: • Start date: 01.010.2025 • Latest start date: 01.12.2025 • Work location: Kaiseraugst • Working hours: 3-shift • Criminal record extract: Yes Tasks & Responsibilities: • Ensure the quality of production steps • Monitor the operational and functional safety of production and inspection facilities • Coordinate and perform activities in accordance with applicable GMP regulations. • Operate production and inspection facilities and related EDV systems. • Supply production and inspection facilities with materials. • Perform and monitor controls within production orders. • Processing checklists • Recording events, activities, and special features • Support tasks during disturbances in collaboration with interfaces such as technology or the Compliance Team. • Support troubleshooting of production and inspection facilities.
