OPERATOR WAREHOUSE III

Homogenize the sample collected and perform classification of samples according to the LDC manual, pointing out the percentage limit for each classification item (moisture, impurity, damaged, green grains, charred, burned, and broken);

Monitor process variables via supervision and in-field, controlling loads, currents, temperatures, depressions, and levels to ensure safe grain drying process;

Monitor grain entry and exit from dryers through moisture analysis to check the necessary temperature for grain drying;

Acknowledge temperature of dryers and replenish furnaces with firewood when needed;

Facilitate truck unloading, regulate supply of dryers according to parameters above mentioned;

Monitor stored product temperature in warehouses, generate thermometry reports to analyze the need for forced aeration or grain removal and take necessary actions, informing Supervisor of Warehouse Management when needed;

Acknowledge supply of warehouses, control entry and exit points of products, to avoid spills and remove unwanted points;

Maintain work area clean and organized, following Work Instructions, cleaning schedules, and other orientation programs implemented in the unit;

Monitor control points, correctly fill out forms, taking necessary actions and informing Supervisor when needed;

Acknowledge maintenance and assist with execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment failures and preserve physical structures;
