OPERATOR WAREHOUSE II
Job description
- Monitor via supervisor and on-site process variables, controlling loads, amperages, temperatures, depressions, and levels to ensure safe processing of grain drying;
- Monitor the entry and exit of grains from dryers through moisture analysis to check the temperature required for grain drying;
- Acknowledge the temperature of dryers and replenish furnaces with firewood when necessary;
- Facilitate truck unloading, regulating load supply to dryers according to parameters of variables mentioned above;
- Monitor stored product temperatures in warehouses, generate thermometry reports to analyze the need for forced aeration or grain removal and take necessary measures, informing Warehouse Supervisor and Management when needed;
- Monitor soybean cleaning process, regulating loads on sieves, cleaning screens on equipment;
- Acknowledge warehouse replenishment, controlling entry and exit points of product to avoid spills and remove unwanted points;
- Push products in the warehouse to output using a pallet truck;
- Perform preventive maintenance in the sector and assist with general maintenance with the regional mechanic;
