What will you do?
As a Technical Operator, you are a crucial link in the production process. You ensure that our machines run optimally and deliver qualitative products.
Specifically:
•You correctly set up machines and monitor the production process
•You intervene where necessary and carry out minor technical adjustments
•You check quality and work with precise tolerances
•You resolve malfunctions or report them promptly
•You supply raw materials and process finished products
•You keep track of production data and performance

In short: you ensure everything runs – efficiently, safely, and with quality.
ProfileWe are not looking for a perfect profile, but rather someone with enthusiasm and technical insight:
•You have experience in a production environment (a plus, not a must)
•You have technical and mechanical insight
•You work accurately and have an eye for quality
•You think in a problem-solving manner
•You are willing to work in a continuous full-time system (including weekends)

Motivation and eagerness to learn are at least as important to us as experience!

A permanent contract from day 1

Starting salary from €22.47 per hour
Shift premiums:
oEarly/late: + €2.23/hr
oNight: + €7.06/hr
Weekend premiums:
oSaturday: +62%
oSunday & public holidays: +100%
