For a food company, we are looking for a motivated operator. You will start as a packer so you can get to know the production process from A to Z, after which you will grow into a fully-fledged operator in the short term.
Your challenge
No day is the same.
You will be given a varied range of tasks in which you play a crucial role in the production process.
You will get to know the production process thoroughly from the packing department.
You will operate, set up, and monitor various production machines.
You will ensure that the production lines continue to run optimally.
You will place films and correctly set date and lot numbers.
You will closely monitor quality, food safety, and traceability.
You will detect technical malfunctions and offer a first technical solution where possible.
You will proactively think along to prevent downtime.
You will ensure a neat, safe, and hygienic working environment.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and on Fridays until 1:30 PM.ProfileYou have experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector.
You speak both Dutch and French.
You are technically strong and enjoy solving problems independently.
You work accurately and are quality-conscious.
You like responsibility and take initiative.
You are flexible and willing to start as a packer first to grow into an operator in the short term.
You can handle a high work pace.
You can work during day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and on Fridays until 1:30 PM)
