Operator

We are looking for Operators who want to work in a daytime shift. This concerns a full-time position where you will be working in a cooled production environment with a starting salary of €2,600,- gross per month based on 36 hours per week excluding possible supplements.

• A starting salary around €2,600,- gross per month excluding possible supplements;
• A full-time position in daytime shift (06:00 - 15:00);
• 24 vacation days with possibility to add extra days through Work Time Reduction;
• A year-end bonus of 3.25%;
• Vacation allowance of 8%;

In your role as Operator, you will be responsible for the packaging lines of food products. Here, you will work alongside cutting and packaging end products, as well as serving as a foreman and leading a small team of production workers. You will perform minor preventive maintenance on machines, record production data and quality controls, and report these to the (assistant) team leader. Additionally, you will ensure a clean working environment and be able to package a high-quality product. You have knowledge and work experience as an Operator and are familiar with working with packaging machines.

• You have knowledge and work experience as (machine-)operator within the food industry;
