Operator Technician / Maintenance Technician
Workplace: Bielany Wrocławskie (Wrocław County)We are recruiting for
For our client, we are looking for a person for the position of: Operator Technician / Maintenance Technician.
Your responsibilities
- Operation and supervision of the production process in accordance with applicable quality and safety standards
- Cooperation with the maintenance department regarding preventive actions, inspections, and machine repairs
- Setting up and adjusting production machines and equipment to ensure production continuity
- Monitoring machine operating parameters, maintaining necessary documentation, and continuous quality control of the process
- Diagnosing faults, performing adjustments, minor repairs, and modernization work on the machine park
Our requirements
- Technical education (mechanical, mechatronic, or related is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office package)
- Ability to read technical documentation and diagrams
- Ability to cooperate effectively with the team and other production departments
- Readiness to work in a 3-shift or 4-brigade system (shift work)
- Experience in diagnosing and removing faults in production machines
