Operator-Technician (m/f)

We are recruiting for

For one of our clients (a global food concern, specialized in the production of food products and beverages), we are currently seeking a person for the discussed professional position.

Your scope of responsibilities

• operation of a dedicated production process in accordance with current internal company standards,
• ongoing control of operated production machines and equipment (including registration and parameter control),
• participation in changeovers of various production machines and equipment (including comprehensive diagnostics, adjustments),
• cooperation with the Maintenance and Repair department regarding repair and preventive activities,
• reporting the results of the performed work directly to the Production Team Leader.

Our requirements

• technical education (preferred fields: from the area of mechanics),
• at least 2 years of experience in a related professional position,
• experience in diagnosing breakdowns and repairing machines and equipment,
• readiness to work in a 3-shift system, 4-brigade mode (working hours: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00),
• ability to read technical documentation,
• computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite (especially MS Excel),
• communication skills, reliability, and ability to work independently (as well as in a team),
• focus on the correct execution of assigned professional duties,
• orientation towards further professional development.

Nice to have

• knowledge of the English language at a level enabling fluent communication in speech and writing; UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) certifications.
