OPERATOR SUPORT IT

- Installs and configures computers according to company standards;

- Provides technical support for IT equipment and software used in the production process;

- Troubleshoots software defects with specific solution providers adapted to the company's needs;

- Utilizes infrastructure management applications and remote connection tools to intervene remotely;

- Ensures optimal functioning of IT systems in production;

- Solid knowledge of IT, including hardware and software for production;

- Resolves incidents assigned/reported by agents or operators within the company together with the software provider!

- Collaborates with colleagues to resolve customer problems if requested by their hierarchical superior;

- Realizes activity reports according to norms and procedures;

- Completes all roles and responsibilities allocated as part of a project, in accordance with job specifications and/or instructions received from management;

- Assists at other services (if required), in accordance with communicated specifications;

- Maintains contact with IT equipment and computer technology suppliers for requests and purchase orders.
