OPERATOR STORAGE II

Description of the job

• Sample collection, homogenization and classification of samples according to LDC manual, pointing out the percentage limit of each classification item (moisture, impurity, damaged, green grains, burned, broken);
• Monitor process variables via supervision and in-field control, controlling loads, currents, temperatures, depressions, and levels to ensure safe grain drying process;
• Monitor grain entry and exit from dryers through moisture analysis to check the necessary temperature for grain drying;
• Acknowledge dryer temperatures and replenish furnaces with firewood when needed;
• Facilitate truck unloading flow by regulating load supply to dryers according to above-mentioned variables;
• Monitor stored product temperature in warehouses, generate thermometry reports to analyze the need for forced aeration or grain removal and take necessary actions, informing Supervisor of Storage and Management when needed;
• Monitor soybean cleaning process, regulating loads on sieves, cleaning screens on equipment;
• Acknowledge storage replenishment, control entry and exit points of product, to avoid spills and remove unwanted points;
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Work Instructions, cleaning schedules, and other orientation programs implemented in the unit;
• Monitor control points, correctly fill out forms, take necessary actions, and inform Supervisor when needed;
• Push products in storage to exit bays using a pallet loader;
