Job Description Job Function Operator Sterilization What will you do? • You operate and monitor sterilization installations according to clear guidelines. • You set cycle numbers and follow cycles, paying attention to downtime. • You check CCP's and the accuracy of recipes. • You fill registration forms correctly. • You communicate about the correct product- and format codes. • You coordinate with palletizers regarding stacking and formats, especially during changes. • You ensure order, neatness, and tidiness in the workplace. • You are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. • You report any malfunctions or irregularities to your supervisor. • You participate in quality control activities and contribute to improving processes. • You maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and product quality. • You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards. • You are available for on-call duties and flexible working hours. • You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently. • You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations. • You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team.
