Job Description
You are a crucial link within the team and work closely with the production manager.

Your Responsibilities
Malfunctions and Repairs
• Detect and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions
• Repair defective parts and replace where necessary
• Intervene quickly to minimize downtime
• Record malfunctions and contribute to structural solutions
Adjustments and Conversions
• Convert machines during product changes
• Correctly set up and optimize machines
• Test and release installations after interventions
• Provide technical support to operators
Preventive Maintenance
• Perform planned maintenance
• Inspect, clean, lubricate machines, and replace parts
• Detect technical risks and propose improvements
Production Support
• Participate in production start-ups
• Support production and packaging employees
• Actively contribute to a smooth and efficient production process
Quality and Safety
• Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
• Signal deviations and contribute to solutions
• Take care of a safe and orderly working environment
Administration
• Correctly record interventions and maintenance
• Contribute to clear and accurate documentation
Optimization and Projects
• Actively think about improvements to machines and processes
• Take initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Participate in the start-up and installation of new machines

Profile• Strong technical background (mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics)
• Experience as a technician in a production environment is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving oriented
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
• Reliable profile with stable work experience
• Willingness to be flexible

• Labor contract (PC 100)
• 39 hours/week + 6 ADV days
• Fixed morning shift:
o 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM or
o 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Competitive salary package:
o €17–€18/hour (junior profile)
