Operator Sorting Line | 2 Shifts | Company Car after 3 months

Job Description
As an Operator, you will manage the sorting of waste.

Job Description and tasks:

- Operating the sorting line
- Performing small maintenance works
- Monitoring the quality of sorted streams
- Directing sorters to perform tasks (sorting, cleaning, resolving issues)
- Resolving issues
- Ensuring the proper disposal of sorted streams into respective bunkers
- Ensuring the sorting line remains operational
- Applying learned work method and workflow
- Following instructions from site supervisors
- Ensuring the workpost (floor or sorting cabin) and site remain tidy
- Reporting any defects or breaks in the sorting line to the site supervisor immediately
Profile:

o You are motivated and positively inclined
o You have knowledge of the materials/fractions to be sorted and operation of the sorting line
o You can direct sorters
o You have good communication with site supervisors
o You can work independently
o You have experience with maintenance works and are thus technically inclined
o Safety is very important to you
o You speak and write fluent Dutch
Benefit:

- Salary negotiable according to barema norms based on experience
- Company car after 3 months of service
- Hourly rate: €1,779 per worked hour
- Roster: 4-12 pm and 12-8 pm weekly rotating
- Meal allowance: €7
- Clothing allowance: €4.95 per month
- Hospitalization insurance after 6 months
