Function

As an operator in the 2-shift system, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating machines and equipment in the preparation department according to given instructions and procedures;
• Monitoring production quality and taking corrective measures in case of deviations;
• Resolving minor malfunctions and performing preventive maintenance on the machines;
• Carrying out daily quality checks in combination with taking samples and coordinating them with the laboratory;
• Setting parameters and adjusting machines for different production processes;
• Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with safety regulations.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this operator position, you must possess the following skills and aspects:

• Experience as an operator in a production environment is a plus;
• Possession of a forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus or willingness to obtain one in the short term;
• Technical insight and skill to resolve malfunctions;
• You are available for two shifts (06:00-14:30/14:30-23:00).

For the work you will perform as an operator in the 2-shift system, you can of course expect something valuable in return, namely:

• A gross starting salary between € 3,300 and € 3,600 gross per month, including shift allowance;

• There is also the option to work extra hours on Saturdays;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
• Travel expenses reimbursement;
