OPERATOR SOCIAL HEALTHCARE (OSS)

e-work SpA headquarters in Verona, selects for an important social cooperative operating in the socio-assistential and healthcare sector a: OPERATOR SOCIAL HEALTHCARE to be inserted at its own structure/services dedicated to caring and assisting the person. The resource will be responsible for:

• direct assistance to guests in daily activities (personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition);
• support in basic health care activities in collaboration with nursing staff;
• monitoring and identifying user needs;
• caring for living environments and respecting hygienic-sanitary protocols;
• promoting physical and relational well-being of the person.

Requirements:

• professional qualification as Operator Social Healthcare (OSS) recognized;
• experience, even brief, in socio-sanitary or assistential contexts;
• good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
• flexibility in working hours and availability for shifts (including weekends and nights). CCNL COOPERATIVE SOCIO ASSISTENZIALE, level 4 - 14 months expected. Initial contract in temporary employment with the aim of direct hiring in the company.
