Operator Shift

As an Operator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and you can count on a nice salary of up to €2,950,- gross per month. They work in the day shift, with the goal of eventually going to 2-shift operation.

• You belong directly to the core team of Operators and build a close bond with your colleagues;
• Depending on your experience as a Machine Operator, you receive a salary between €2,500,- and €3,000,- excluding the shift allowance;
• Outlook for a permanent job in the form of a contract;
• A self-contained function where you can implement your own knowledge within the factory.

As a Machine Operator, you will work independently on beautiful production lines. You are responsible for the quality of the packaged end product and are responsible for 1st-line maintenance on the line. You perform various quality tests such as metal detection, viscosity testing, and visual controls. In addition to these tasks, you are responsible for the loading and unloading of packaging. It is expected that the Machine Operator can analyze and resolve problems independently and take the necessary steps to correct them. The lines are reconfigured daily because different products are produced for various customers.

Your workplace

Our client is active in the pet food industry. You will work in a small, involved team within a production environment where you can feel the dynamics of the factory. The atmosphere is open and everyone works together towards the same goal.

• Experience as a Machine Operator in the food industry;
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and basic knowledge of electricity is a plus;
• You speak English;
• You can perform under pressure and know how to keep your head cool in stressful situations.
