Job description For a leading European supplier of high-quality grain products for the food industry in Roeselare, we are looking for an operator working in 3 shifts. Our client is a family-owned business actively involved in the primary processing of grains and legumes into basic raw materials intended for the agro- and food industry. What will you be doing? You will control the different processes/lines: cleaning, steaming, rolling, drying, cooling, and sifting. You will take on responsibilities such as monitoring production, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also work closely with our team to optimize processes and improve efficiency. What are we looking for in you? You have a vocational training or higher education in the field of food technology or a related field. You have experience working in a similar role or industry. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team. You are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
