We are currently looking for individuals to fill a position for our client, who specializes in producing electronics for various industries:

OPERATOR PRODUKCJI

location: Tczew (free public transportation to the workplace)

scheduling system: 3-shift and 4-crew

compensation: basic salary + attractive bonuses: frequency-based - 280 PLN/brutto, effectiveness-based - up to 180 PLN/brutto + a 20% night shift bonus

employment: temporary employment contract with the possibility of long-term employment

Tasks:

• assembly of components,
• packing and unpacking components,
• operating production lines,
• basic computer skills.

Requirements:

• willingness to work a 3-shift or 4-crew schedule,
• desirable experience in the manufacturing industry,
• basic computer skills,
• manual dexterity,
• attention to detail and accuracy,
• ability to work as part of a team.
