Your responsibilities

• Operation of machines and devices and performance of maintenance work to maintain their full efficiency and safety;
• Support for the beer bottling and packaging process, ensuring its smoothness and efficiency;
• Participation in department meetings and learning basic Lean Management tools;
• Reporting and analysis of production indicators;
• Responsibility in performing entrusted tasks, active participation in improving production processes, and striving to achieve goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Our requirements

• Experience in operating and/or repairing machines and devices;
• Ability to plan one's own work, systematic approach, and openness to new challenges;
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
• Readiness to work in a three-shift system, including weekends (working hours: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM).
