Operator PC- Junior Contabil (HoReCa)

We would like you to be:

• with at least medium-level studies completed (High School diploma required) - economic studies constitute an advantage.
• with at least 2 years of experience in using ERP / management programs
• with experience in managing delivery platforms (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food)
• with experience in primary accounting
• with good knowledge of Excel (formulas, centralization, verification)
• with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• with high attention to detail and professional discipline

In your role, you will be responsible for:
1. Primary accounting & financial evidence

• verifying and registering invoices, notices, and justifying documents
• introducing documents into ERP and verifying data correctness
• evidencing inventory, consumables, and fixed assets
• verifying stock and inventory
• transmitting documents to external accounting

2. Delivery platforms – direct responsibility

• managing and verifying platforms Glovo, Wolt, and Bolt Food
• verifying commissions, invoices, and receipts
• correlating sales platforms with internal reports
• updating products, prices, and availability according to management decisions
• monitoring performance and reporting to the Operational Manager

3. Financial analysis and P&L

• centralizing data for preparing the P&L monthly report by location
• participating in preparing and analyzing the Profit & Loss account
• verifying costs, margins, and variations
• preparing comparative reports (month vs month, location vs location)
• supporting the optimization of operational costs

4. Administrative & support management

• managing payroll and personal documents
• archiving and organizing documents
• preparing internal situations at the request of management
