Operator - Packaging Line

We are looking for an Operator Packaging Line for a leading pharmaceutical company. You will receive a gross salary up to €2,800 per month, depending on experience. You will set up packaging lines, monitor the process and perform quality controls. We are looking for someone with experience in packaging machines, who works accurately and quickly adapts to the team. You will find yourself in a stable, collegiate work environment with room for development.

• A full-time employment contract of 37.75 hours per week;
• A day shift between 08:00 – 16:45
• A salary indication between €2,500 and €2,800,- gross per month depending on experience and training;
• A function with a fixed-term employment contract (7 months) with the prospect of a permanent employment contract;
• 25 vacation days (on a full-time basis);
• A travel expense allowance up to 70 km per day;
• Pension in accordance with the CAO;

As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of part of the production process. You follow procedures accurately, set up machines, build them up and intervene when deviations occur. You monitor quality and safety, resolve technical issues independently and perform technical inspections and maintenance. Additionally, you coach colleagues on the line and contribute to improvements within the process. You ensure the correct implementation of the quality policy and are alert to the state of machines and end products.

Your workplace

Our client is an internationally leading pharmaceutical company in the vicinity of Lelystad. For more than 25 years, they have been producing high-quality medicines, including penicillin, in a state-of-the-art facility. The team consists of approximately 165 employees and there is an informal, multicultural work atmosphere. No day is the same, and you will get a lot of freedom in the execution of your duties.

Job requirements

• MBO level 3;
• Some experience as an Operator and knowledge of machines and packaging processes;
• Knowledge of PLC system is a plus;
• Familiarity with electric pallet trucks is a plus;
• You have good command of the Dutch language.
