Operator of UDT 07.08

We are currently looking for an operator for our client, specializing in producing metal structural elements and automotive chassis components, such as engine frames, dashboard brackets, and bumpers. In addition to traditional automotive processes like stamping, welding, and cathodic dipping, the plant uses the latest technologies used in this industry, such as hot forming and laser welding. These processes allow us to produce very lightweight but very strong parts from a safety and environmental protection perspective. The plant is characterized by a very high level of automation and robotic processes, equipped with more than 240 robots.

Position: Logistics worker with UDT

Location: Gliwice

Duties:

• Servicing a forklift truck
• Delivering components to the warehouse and production line
• Packaging components
• Loading and unloading goods

WHAT WE EXPECT?

• Able to work in a team
• Physical fitness
• Knowledge of Polish language at a basic conversational level
• Availability of own accommodation
• UDT and experience, candidates undergo an interview on the factory premises

WHAT WE OFFER?

• Schedule: work in 3 shifts for 8 hours from Monday to Friday (06:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-06:00)
• Subsidy for transportation to and from work and meals
• Salary: logistics worker - PLN 31.50 gross + bonus of PLN 4-6
• Adaptation bonus - PLN 5 gross, this bonus is paid in the first year of work for each working day

• Paid leave and sick leave. State medical insurance
• Prompt payment of salary to a Polish bank account - by the 10th of each month
