About the Job: The Operator of Earthmoving Machinery is essential for the success of earthmoving projects, being responsible for preparing the terrain with precision and safety. The professional will operate heavy equipment such as tractors, excavators, and motor graders, performing excavation, leveling, and compaction of soil, as well as ensuring basic maintenance and proper functioning of machines.

Duties:

• Operate earthmoving machinery, including tractors, excavators, and motor graders.

• Perform activities such as excavation, leveling, and compaction of soil.

• Ensure basic maintenance of machines, checking oil, water, and fuel levels.

• Care for the safety operation of equipment, following norms and procedures.

• Report any problems or irregularities identified in machines to the project manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (from 1st year).

• Experience, even if minimal, in operating earthmoving machinery. The company is willing to train candidates with basic knowledge and a strong will.

• Availability to work on projects in cities in the region (MG and SP).
