What will you do?

As a production operator at our company, you will play a key role in the production process. You are responsible for operating the machines and closely monitoring the production process to ensure that everything runs smoothly and without interruptions. Together with your team and under the guidance of the foreman, you will work towards delivering products of the highest quality, with safety and efficiency always taking precedence.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Operating the machines: You are the person who sets up, operates, and monitors the machine parameters. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and intervenes when necessary.

• Supporting during malfunctions: In the event of small malfunctions, you are the first to spring into action. You support the technical department by acting quickly and effectively, so that the production line is minimally disrupted.

• Quality control: Ensuring the quality of the end product is one of your most important tasks. You conduct meticulous checks and report directly if something deviates from the norm, so that corrective measures can be taken quickly.

• Efficiency and safety: You perform your work not only efficiently and effectively, but also always in accordance with safety regulations. You ensure that your work environment remains tidy and organized, and that you and your colleagues can work safely.

• Collaboration: In this role, you work closely with your colleagues and the foreman to ensure that the entire team functions optimally. You actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere and support where needed.

This is you!

You are someone who likes to work with your hands and has no problem with a bit of dirt. You have experience with the thermal galvanizing process or are willing to learn. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You have at least an MBO level 2 work and thinking level.
• You have experience in a comparable production environment.
• You are open to working in a 2-shift schedule.
• You are proficient in the Dutch language.
• You can prioritize well and communicate effectively.
• You are both self-motivated and strong in team settings.
• You remain calm under pressure and take the initiative in your work.
• You live within a radius of 25 km from Rotocoat Kampen.
