Operator maszyn | Employment Agreement | No experience | 6000 PLN

We are looking for candidates for the position of Machine Operator for our international client, a company specializing in paper and packaging production.

Place of work: Biskupice Podgórne, Nowa Wieś Wrocławska

Requirements:

- Readiness to work in a shift system

- Own transportation

- Willingness to learn and develop

- Mileage appreciated experience in physical work

Scope of duties:

- Operating machines cutting or wrapping

- Process control

- Work with a computer

- Maintaining order at the workstation

- Physical work, requiring attention and accuracy

- Training for 3-6 months

We offer:

- Employment agreement

- Salary: 6000 - 6500 PLN gross

- Work in a 3-shift system: 5:45-14:00, 14:45-23:00, 22:45-7:00

- Quarterly bonus - up to 550 PLN (after 6 months and passed exam)

- Annual bonus - 50% of basic salary

- Salary increase once a year

- Canteen - meals for 2 PLN per shift
