CNC Machine Operator - Miller - Turner (m/f)

Location: Majdan (Otwock County)

Your responsibilities

• Due to the development of our machining park, we are looking for a CNC miller and/or turner.
• We are looking for someone with experience in milling and/or turning.
• Work on new machines with the opportunity to gain knowledge, as we are involved in very developmental research and scientific projects with many ambitious projects emerging.
• Production of parts according to technical documentation - selection of tools and machining parameters - quality control of manufactured parts - maintaining the technical condition of machines and tools.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840D and/or Heidenhain iTnc540/640 control systems
• Ability to select tools and machining parameters for the process
• Good knowledge of technical drawings - ability to use measuring instruments
• Programming based on the controller or understanding of the CAM environment will be an additional advantage

Who are we?

AMAZEMET is an international company that acts as an executive partner for many scientific organizations and technology companies in the field of technology development and prototyping.

A global leader in ultrasonic technology. We work on 3D printing technologies and operate in the metallurgical industry. We have been in the market for three years, and our team currently consists of 30 people.

What do we do?

We develop technologies for industry and research units involved in metal 3D printing and the development of new materials. In our work, we use, among others, ultrasonics, metallurgy, vacuum techniques, casting, and welding. All our devices are manufactured in-house: from R&D and design to final assembly.
