Job description
Ideal Candidate
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in administrative activities, invoicing or operating an online store;
Good PC operation skills and working with web platforms;
High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data;
Good organizational and prioritization skills;
Ability to work independently and respect deadlines;
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (medium-advanced level);
Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage;
Basic image editing skills – an advantage.
Job Description
Issuing invoices and verifying the correctness of commercial documents;
Preparing AWB for deliveries and returns;
Answering phone calls and managing customer requests or complaints;
Loading products into the online store (descriptions, prices, images, variants);
Editing and updating existing products;
Managing categories and website structure;
Operating and using e-commerce platforms;
Verifying stock levels and correctness of information displayed on site;
Collaborating with internal departments when necessary;
Identifying and reporting technical issues with the website and pursuing resolution.
