Your responsibilities

• Operation of the production line (confectioning, lamination, or extrusion process)
• Continuous monitoring of production and quality indicators
• Execution of production plans
• Maintaining order and adherence to OHS regulations

Our requirements

• Willingness to develop - we are looking for individuals who will become independent in a short time and take on the position of Line Operator
• Readiness to work from Monday to Sunday (according to the schedule and with ensured weekly rest) in a 4-shift work system
• Teamwork skills
• Communicative knowledge of Polish

What we offer

• Stable employment based on an employment contract in an international company that pays attention to occupational health and safety – contract directly with the employer
• Competitive and timely paid monthly salary ranging from PLN 5000 gross for individuals without experience (Junior Line Operator), PLN 5500 gross for independent individuals (Line Operator) up to PLN 7300 gross (Expert Line Operator)
• In addition to basic salary and night shift allowance, we also offer a bonus for availability ranging from PLN 250 gross (2 shifts) to PLN 800 gross (4-shift system) per month.
• Annual performance bonus from PLN 1200 gross to PLN 3000 gross, depending on the position level
