Dijo production plant is a dynamically developing Lower Silesian company in the food industry with an international reach, a leader in tortilla production in Central and Eastern Europe, and a Forbes award laureate. Due to the development of its business, we are looking for a person for the position of:
Job Title: Cooking Line Operator (M/F)
Location: Wrocław/Zabrodzie
SCOPE OF DUTIES:Your scope of duties:
- Preparation of raw materials and cooking of sauces, glazes, and fillings according to recipes
- Operation and setting of parameters for devices on the production line
- Supervision over the correct course of the production process
- Maintaining order and hygiene at the workstation
- Reporting on completed tasks and reporting any irregularities
REQUIREMENTS:
Our requirements:
- Gastronomic education
- Experience in production or gastronomy
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Valid health and safety card - welcome
- Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills
