Laser Cutter Operator

At VDL MPC in Amersfoort, you and your colleagues are responsible for high-quality sheet metal parts for industries including high-tech and medical. What will you do?

As a Laser Cutter Operator, you will operate one of our laser cutting machines. You will ensure that products are produced accurately according to the order and you will check the quality of the cut parts. You will work in a department with three laser cutting machines and five direct colleagues. Together, you will ensure smooth production. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and collegial: colleagues help each other and share knowledge.

• You deburr and finish products when necessary
• You independently assess whether products meet the set requirements
• You contribute ideas for an efficient planning and work distribution

What do we ask?

We value your attitude more than a diploma. We are looking for someone who is interested in technology, eager to learn, and works well with colleagues. Do you have experience with machines, technology, or production? That's a bonus, but certainly not a requirement. Knowledge of Libellula is a plus.

• A fitting salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on your knowledge and experience

• A full-time position of 38 hours per week
• Working in a 2-shift system with shift allowance
• Travel expenses reimbursement

About VDL MPC
