- After a comprehensive training phase, you will take over various and diverse tasks independently, but in close cooperation with your colleagues.
- You process incoming alarms and initiate the necessary measures.
- You lead further measures in an emergency (contact to police and rescue services).
- You answer telephone and written customer inquiries as well as internal inquiries from colleagues.
- You monitor live video recordings of our customers, for example from gas stations, and take proactive action in the event of an occurrence in the interest of the customer.
- In addition, you will document the inquiries and measures initiated.
Schedule: 16-17 days of service per month (Monday to Sunday, including holidays), exclusively night shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
