Operator Food

For our client, we are looking for an Operator with experience in the food industry. This client is a large international player in the Bleiswijk area. You will work in a close-knit team and receive a salary between €2500,- and €2900,- gross per month.

In this position, you are responsible for setting up and converting various machines, such as packaging and labeling machines. In addition, you coordinate the activities of the production employees and you report to the team leader. You solve minor malfunctions and ensure an optimal course of the production process.

You are responsible for a smooth course of the production process of a line. You do this, among other things, by performing checks on the quality and presence of raw materials. You consult with team leaders and fellow operators. You also register the production and quality data correctly and on time. You are constantly working to initiate improvements to the line. You operate the machines and the lines. You do all this with due regard for quality and safety. The work takes place in shift work.

Our client is a large international player where fresh products are produced and packaged daily. The machines used are quite high-tech and that requires some computer experience. The products are distributed throughout the country and in a number of countries outside the border. The company has developed a logistics system in which the groceries are ready for the consumer fresh and packaged on the same day.

• Preferably work and thinking skills at Mbo 4 level;
• Work experience at a food producer;
• Work experience with modern operating equipment;
• Knowledge of HACCP;
• Be open to working in shifts. Alternately, you work in day shifts and afternoon/evening shifts with working hours between 13:00 - 22:00 and 18:00 to 03:00
