Envalior is founded in 2023 and has its basis DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials. Envalior is a global powerhouse in the field of technical materials that offers new and innovative solutions for today's world. We are located at the Getec Industry & Business Park in Emmen.

With our approximately 360 driven employees, we produce high-quality thermoplastic plastics under the names Akulon, Arnite, Arnitel, EcoPaXX or ForTii.

These high-quality plastics can be found ultimately in various auto components, electronic components, medical components, recyclable food packaging, sports equipment and so on.

The challenge

In close collaboration with colleagues, you will achieve a World Class performance in the field of SHE, quality, continuous improvement, and production performance. Of course, the safety of yourself and your colleagues always comes first. You report to the Shift Leader Finishing and are an example in behavior and word.

Main tasks

· Take care of preparatory, production-supporting, and finishing activities for the PA6 plant, in accordance with quality and quantity requirements;

· Carry out multiple subprocesses: packaging, feeding raw materials and auxiliary substances, lactam lossing, making intermediates, and finish (take care of additives supply) according to planning, work instructions, and guidelines. Operate an automatic bagging line.

· Recognize, investigate, and correct deviations and signal/assist with disturbances;

· Take care of setting up and monitoring progress through the DCS/SCS.

· Monitor quality (including raw materials, suspensions) and process progress and take care of cargo documents for bulk loading. Take samples for analysis by the laboratory. Record production data in automated systems.

· Achieve production that meets World Class standards for quality, quantity, and SHE;

· Structuredly (production) problem-solving via continuous improvement methodology;

· Proactively contribute to the culture of continuous improvement and take care of realizing initiatives.

SHE responsibilities

· Responsible for maintaining a World Class SHE culture;

· Ensure compliance with Life Saving Rules;

· Responsible for upholding norms, rules, and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate

In possession of VAPRO-A or a comparable qualification.

Ready to work in a two-shift system.

Has a forklift training, as well as a BKV and P&I's.

Brings a strong customer-focused and external focus with them, where the emphasis lies on continuous improvement, innovation, and change. Concern for people and a drivenness to achieve results are also essential, as is a sense of responsibility.

• Has a high level of awareness regarding safety and quality, and is able to effectively convey this to colleagues;
• Possesses practical experience with automated systems;
• Has knowledge of SHE- and quality assurance systems and can apply these in a production environment;

Furthermore, the candidate possesses strong skills, including outstanding verbal and written communication, the ability to plan and organize work, and the talent to distinguish between main and secondary tasks. Is meticulous, result-oriented, and a true team player.
