Extrusion Operator in 3-shift system in Raamsdonksveer

About the role

Do you have the technical insight to keep a complex production line running effortlessly? And do you maintain calmness and overview when a process unexpectedly deviates? At this international production company in Raamsdonksveer, you are the driving force behind a safe and smooth extrusion process in three shifts.

What will you do?
As an Operator, you will be responsible for the installations where granulate is mixed, extruded, and packaged. You will set up the extruders and the post-processing equipment, such as blenders and dryers, with extreme precision. During your shift, you will continuously monitor the production process and safety with sharp control rounds. You will immediately identify process deviations and make accurate adjustments. Is there a major malfunction? Then you will immediately contact the shift coach to tackle the problem.

In addition, you will visually inspect raw materials, manually add material, and take important samples for quality control. You will perform minor first-line maintenance, keep the production records tidy, and ensure a spotless workplace. This way, every batch leaves the factory exactly according to the strictest quality standards.

What do we offer

• A gross base salary between € 3,109 and € 3,640 per month. Including the 17.5% shift allowance, your gross monthly salary will be between € 3,654 and € 4,277.

• On top of this, there is an additional monthly 1.6% shift change allowance and, of course, 8% holiday pay.

• A generous 13th month's salary, in which your shift allowance is calculated pro rata.

• A secondment contract for an initial period of one year, with a realistic expectation of extension.

• A covering travel expenses reimbursement for your trips to the location in Raamsdonksveer.

What we ask of you

• A completed technical education at VAPRO-A or MBO level 2

• Valid certificates for VCA and forklift.

• The willingness to work in a dynamic 3-shift schedule.

• A sharp eye for detail: you immediately notice when a machine or process deviates.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Character over CV: you are a safe worker, a solution-oriented doer, and a true team player.

• Please note: an approved Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a successful reference check are standard parts of the selection procedure.
