E-commerce / Marketplace Operator – Product Entry and Administration

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual passionate about the online environment to join the HIRIS.ro team. Your primary role will be to enter and administer our portfolio of perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products both on our own website and on Marketplace platforms such as eMAG and Trendyol, through EasySales.

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Main Responsibilities

• Product Documentation and Entry: Complete product documentation before publication (correct name, brand, description, olfactory group/top, middle, and base notes, ingredients/INCI, high-quality images, specific categories and attributes);
• Careful verification of information so that published products are presented correctly and professionally;
• Product administration within the EasySales platform;
• Sending and synchronizing products from EasySales to Marketplaces such as eMAG, Trendyol, and other partner platforms;
• Identification and correction of publishing or synchronization errors that occur between EasySales and Marketplaces;
• Reviewing rejected or incomplete products and rectifying issues reported by the platforms;
• Updating product information when necessary;
• Monthly updates of promotions, promotional prices, and campaigns on the online store and Marketplaces;
• Periodic review of published products to identify any errors or discrepancies;
• Collaboration with the team to maintain a correct, complete, and updated product catalog.

What We Are Looking For

• A person who is very detail-oriented and rigorous;
• Good skills in documenting and verifying information;
• Good organizational capacity and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously;
• Familiarity or willingness to work with ChatGPT (using prompts for content generation);
• Ability to identify a problem and follow through to its resolution;
• Professionalism, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines.

Experience with EasySales, eMAG Marketplace, Trendyol, or online store administration is an advantage, but not mandatory if the person learns quickly and is detail-oriented.
