Job description

As an operator on a machine in the finishing department, you have the following responsibilities:

Maintain the technical operation of the machine
Monitor the performance of the machine
Monitor the quality of products
Perform minor maintenance
Order small parts (in consultation with production leadership)
Lead a small team of people around the machine
In the finishing department, there are various machines: cutting machines, folding machines, adhesive and non-adhesive machines, folding and gluing machines, mixing machines…
You will be initially assigned to one machine.
After some time, you may also learn to operate other machines.
This allows for a job rotation, making it possible to perform an alternating task package.

Profile
You have completed a graphic education (this is a must)
You are willing to work in a two-shift system (early-late)
You are an engaged employee with a sense of responsibility.
You work accurately and have an eye for safety and cleanliness.
You naturally have a positive mindset.
You are a flexible worker with a hands-on mentality.
You can communicate fluently in Dutch.
