Are you technically inclined and want to work with advanced CNC machines within a modern production environment? Are you looking for a position where you work independently, get responsibility, and can continue to develop yourself? Then this challenge is for you.

After an extensive onboarding process, you will learn all the ins and outs of the production process step by step. Once you are fully onboarded, you will independently operate and monitor multiple CNC-controlled deep drilling machines.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Performing deep drilling and long hole machining according to the specified quality requirements;
• Simultaneously operating and monitoring multiple machines within the production process;
• Setting up, optimizing, and correcting machine parameters and CNC programs;
• Checking products for dimensions and quality using various measuring instruments;
• Identifying and resolving deviations during production;
• Performing first-line maintenance on machines and tools;
• Producing high-quality wear-resistant components together with a team of professionals;
• Actively contributing to process improvements through Lean principles;
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor according to the 5S methodology.

• An extensive onboarding and training program to prepare you optimally for the position;
• Initially, you will work in day shifts so you can get to know the organization and tasks well;
• After your onboarding period, you will switch to a four-shift system;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,380 and €3,600 excluding shift allowance;
• An attractive shift allowance of 30% on top of your salary;

• You have a completed vocational education (MBO) and are interested in technology, machining, or production processes;
• You are motivated to learn new skills and enjoy developing yourself further within a technical work environment;
• You work precisely, have an eye for quality, and can maintain an overview, even when operating multiple machines simultaneously;
• You function well within a team, but can also take independent responsibility for your tasks;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and are willing to work in a four-shift system;
• Knowledge of technical drawings or experience with CNC machines is a plus.

The facility in Geldrop is part of the Business Area Environment & Energy of a globally active technology group with its headquarters in Graz (Austria). This production site manufactures wear-resistant parts and service components for sectors such as animal feed, biomass, and recycling. From Geldrop, customers in international markets, including Europe, North and South America, and Asia, are served. The team at this location consists of approximately 140 employees who jointly contribute to quality, innovation, and further growth.
