Ideal Candidate Theoretical and practical knowledge of TCP/IP protocols operation; Basic knowledge in Unix installation/administration and other operating systems; Knowledge related to network operation (OSI levels, DNS, DHCP, subnetting etc.); Very good communication skills; Proactive attitude and oriented towards finding solutions; Availability for shift work. certifications / courses (CCNA); certifications / courses Unix; certifications / courses / basic programming knowledge (Ruby, C++, Shell, PHP etc.); knowledge related to working with databases, spreadsheet applications and reporting; student or graduate of technical studies. Job Description Configures access equipment used in the Elemco Plus network (ONT, switch, voice equipment, CPE etc.); Allocates resources necessary for the installation of new clients; Provides technical support to field teams; Verifies the operating parameters of access equipment in the network; Escalates issues to other departments depending on their nature.
