CNC Operator - Lathes, Milling Machines

Workplace: Lublin

Your Responsibilities

• Work as a CNC machine operator - Lathes / Milling Machines
• Selection of machining operations and cutting tools
• Selection of machining parameters
• Full program testing and implementation
• Preparation of tools and materials for work
• Preparation and proper setup of the machine
• Quality control of manufactured parts
• Troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance
• Compliance with Health and Safety regulations at the workplace

Our Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in operating CNC machines (lathes / milling machines)
• Knowledge of programming languages: Fanuc / Heidenhain, Haas, ISO
• Experience in selecting cutting tools
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, measuring instruments
• Good knowledge of the machining process
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software - Fusion 360 is an asset
• Availability for work in a two-shift system
• Diligence and thoroughness in performing assigned duties
