Operator CNC erosion factory

Fabrication and provision of components on time, in accordance with cost and quality requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

• Fabrication of high-precision components according to specifications, including programming CNC machines;
• Independent and proactive organization of the production process within the team and with relevant interfaces;
• Optimization of machine and system usage;
• Ensuring availability of machines and production systems, if necessary, in collaboration with producers and service providers;
• Maintenance of calibration and cleaning cycles, as well as maintenance programs;
• Documentation according to specifications;
• Meeting quality requirements;
• Respect for environmental legislation applicable to the activity carried out;
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes.

Certifications: 

• Middle school education (preferably technical);
• Good knowledge of CNC machine commands (preferably GFMS Uniqua);
• Knowledge of electric erosion processing;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing;
• Measurement techniques;
• Attention to detail;
• Knowledge and skills in English/German constitute an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Teamwork capacity;
• Availability to work in two shifts.
