Operator Cleanroom Medtech Innovation Day Shift Turnhout

Job Description
For an innovative start-up in the medical sector, located in Turnhout, we are looking for enthusiastic, accurate, and technically strong operators.

Your role
As a technical operator, you will contribute to the production of implantable infusion pumps – high-tech medical devices that have a direct impact on patients.

Your tasks include:
•Performing fine and extremely precise welding work in a cleanroom environment (class D and C)
•Working according to strict technical instructions and plans and GMP regulations (Good Manufacturing Practices).
•Participating in material preparation for precision, documentation, quality control, and pump testing
•Timely escalation of deviations during the process, Reporting and documenting your work to your supervisor.
•Variety in tasks: each component requires a different approach and technique

In the long term, your job will consist of approximately:
•70% cleanroom production
•30% testing, reporting, and support

Work environment
You will work in a cleanroom (controlled (GMP) environment):
•Pressurized room
•Wearing appropriate clothing
•Focus on hygiene, precision, and quality
Important: not everyone feels comfortable in this environment – this is an essential part of the job
ProfileYour profile
We are looking for a very specific profile:
•Technical background (experience in medical devices, pharma, or the medical sector is a big asset)
•Exceptional accuracy and fine motor skills
•Strong concentration and alertness
•Ability to read technical plans and instructions
•Good computer skills (automated processes)
•High sense of responsibility
•You enjoy variety and not repetitive work
•Language: Dutch and/or very good English
