Ideal Candidate
We would like you to be:
·
- with at least medium-level studies (High School diploma required) - economic studies constitute an advantage.
- with minimum 2 years of experience in using ERP / management programs
- with experience in managing delivery platforms (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food)
- with experience in primary accounting
- with good knowledge of Excel (formulas, centralizations, verifications)
- with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- with high attention to details and professional discipline

Job Description
In your role, you will be responsible for:
1. Primary accounting & financial evidence
3. Financial analysis & P&L
4. Administrative & support management
We offer:
1. Primary accounting & financial evidence
- verifying and registering invoices, notices, and justificatory documents
- introducing documents into ERP and verifying the correctness of data
- evidencing inventory objects, consumables, and fixed assets
- verifying stocks and inventories
- transmitting documents to external accounting
- managing and verifying the Glovo, Wolt, and Bolt Food platforms
- verifying commissions, invoices, and receipts
- correlating sales with internal reports
- updating products, prices, and availability according to management decisions
- monitoring performance and reporting to the Operational Manager
3. Financial analysis & P&L
- centralizing data for preparing the monthly P&L report by location
- participating in realizing and analyzing the Profit & Loss account
- verifying costs, margins, and variations
- realizing comparative reports (month vs month, location vs location)
- supporting cost optimization
4. Administrative & support management
- managing payroll and personal documents
- archiving and organizing documents
- preparing internal situations at the request of management
