Job Description

Have you always wanted to know how the perfect cider or that golden beer is made? For our client in Alken, Adecco is looking for a colleague who is not afraid of large installations, technical challenges, and a good dose of responsibility.
What will you do?

You'll make sure everything runs and the beer flows! From connecting tankers to analyzing samples in the lab: your workday is never the same. You are the first to spot a malfunction and the last to check quality. Together with your team, you'll ensure we get a little better every day.
ProfileYour profile:
• You have a passion for beer and the brewing process.

• Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a technical field, but don't worry, experience also counts!

• You enjoy working with computer systems and have a good knowledge of MS Office.

• You work precisely and have an analytical mindset.

• You are not afraid of a 3-shift system.

• You are a team player who can also make independent decisions.

Your rhythm: A schedule with balance
We work in a varied 5-week system. This way, you know exactly where you stand and you enjoy the benefits of shift work:
• Week 1: Night shift (Mon-Fri) – Work hard while everyone else sleeps.
• Week 2: Late shift (Mon-Fri) – Sleep in in the morning!
• Week 3: Early shift (Mon-Fri) – Home nice and early for the evening.
• Week 4: Night focus (starts on Sunday, 12-hour shifts) – Short, powerful week.
• Week 5: Short early shift (Tue-Fri) – Enjoy an extra long weekend!
