In our Alarm- and Response Center in Zurich, you will be daily (24h/365 days) with special tasks occupied.
You are responsible for:
- Processing alarm messages and emergency calls
- Reporting events
- Alarm verification and perimeter protection from a distance
- Videopatrol service and remote escorting
- In- and outflow control from a distance
- Collaboration with intervention units (police/fire department/ambulance)
- Telephone service and processing of pick-up orders
- Administrative tasks
