The organization This is where you will work

This organization produces high-quality custom coatings and resins, specifically for clients in the food industry. The process is precise and high-tech: monomers and solvents are carefully mixed, heated, and polymerized into synthetic resins. These are then used to create coatings that perfectly match customer specifications. The company operates according to the strictest guidelines (BRZO) and is fully in development.

For the role of Operator, you will work in a 5-shift service. You will be the extension of the Process Operators and contribute to keeping the process running. This organization offers you the opportunity to obtain VAPRO B so that you can make the step to Process Operator.

The function This is what you will do

As an Operator, your duties will include:

• Checking and adjusting the production plants based on process regulations, recipes, and additional instructions
• Resolving simple technical (process) faults
• Identifying quality deviations and adjusting variables within control limits
• Loading materials into production machines
• Collecting and disposing of (production) waste and following the recycling policy
• Cleaning production equipment and the work area
• Removing packaging and sorting raw materials or finished products

• Gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,450 excluding shift allowance
• Shift allowance of 29.5%, which amounts to a gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €4,500
• Entitlement to a 13th month

• You have several years of experience as an Operator within a production company
• Forklift certificate in hand? Great! If not: you will obtain it through us
• You can switch gears well and maintain an overview
• You are technically handy and quickly learn to use systems like SCADA
• You speak Dutch well and enjoy working in shift service
